The staff were lovely. The room was great. I even got an en-suite which I really appreciated given some of the people at the hotel. I had breakfast on one day and it was very quick and speedy service. The staff were lovely. The stairs were a bit of a problem for me due to my back problems but this was only with my suitcase. Its right next to the Bus, but that Bus didn't follow the schedule and basically turned up when it wanted too. Not the hotel's fault, but as someone who needed to get to places quickly this let the stay down a bit.

Room small but had shower , however was in need of redecoration as was the entire building. The breakfast was ok but at £9 seemed a lot to pay on top. The location was ideal for me with plenty of buses and trains to get around. The city centre was only a 10 minute ride away by bus. Nice to relax in the bar area at the end of the day. The staff were just great, always pleasant and happy to help. I would certainly stay here again if I were in the area.

I liked that the room was en suite. Blackout curtains and somewhere secure to keep our belongings while we did what we came to Leeds to do. The room provided everything we needed it to. We paid £60.00. It is no frills. Come to Headingley and stay here. You didn't come to Leeds to stay in a hotel.
