Room small but had shower , however was in need of redecoration as was the entire building. The breakfast was ok but at £9 seemed a lot to pay on top. The location was ideal for me with plenty of buses and trains to get around. The city centre was only a 10 minute ride away by bus. Nice to relax in the bar area at the end of the day. The staff were just great, always pleasant and happy to help. I would certainly stay here again if I were in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised when I turn up here. Ok it looks a bit run down from the outside, it looks like there was some work being done. And yes it is very dated. But the host who greeted me was lovely and I ended up being given a much better room than I booked. I booked a small single room with a shower and was given a double room with a bath! The room itself was fine and the bed was comfy. Sure it all probably needs updating but I kind of liked the character. The main thing is that it was clean and the bed was comfy. It was a cheap place to stay and it was one night. I couldn't complain.

Affordable property near a number of bus lines with direct connections to the University (ca. 10 mins), and into City Centre (ca. 20 mins). Simple, well lived-in room in a property that is by no means high-end but more than up to what I needed.

The staff were lovely. The room was great. I even got an en-suite which I really appreciated given some of the people at the hotel. I had breakfast on one day and it was very quick and speedy service. The staff were lovely. The stairs were a bit of a problem for me due to my back problems but this was only with my suitcase. Its right next to the Bus, but that Bus didn't follow the schedule and basically turned up when it wanted too. Not the hotel's fault, but as someone who needed to get to places quickly this let the stay down a bit.

Good location close to shops and local amenities within 5 minutes walking distance .Cafe Nero, Costa, Gregs, Sainsbury's, gym & restaurants are all nearby. I always have a comfortable stay at Boundary Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend it to all my friends and family.

Me and a group of my mates decided just weeks ago that we wanted to do the Otley Run and needed somewhere to stay close to the route. This hotel is situated just 5 minutes walk from pub 6. This enabled us to nip back which we needed to do at one point. The Hotel staff were very pleasant and understanding of our situation and let us check in later on in the day. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good option when doing the ‘Otley Run’

Great location for my stay with great amenities nearby in Headingly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated but has all you need for your stay. Good value for money.

Have stayed here before, great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable with a TV and kettle on hand . Would stay here again , great value if travelling on a budget .

Super friendly staff. Wonderful location, right next to Headingley Stadium and a short walk from lots of great pubs and restaurants. Rooms were fine and, frankly, better than I was expecting. Great cooked breakfast in the morning. For the price, this place genuinely exceeded my expectations.

Very satisfied with our stay. Room was clean and adequate with an en-suite. Lovely landlady who was very helpful in every way. The breakfast was also lovely and plentiful. Parking is also very convenient at the front or the back. The room was really good value. Very close to the city with buses just outside the hotel.
